Go to open proxies -> Add proxies -> Ip adress = 127.0.0.1 Port = 9050 Socks Go to Rules add program ( IE, perl etc..) choose use proxy, single proxy,open proxies SOCKS. Then simple check this page http://tor.eff.org/docs/tor-doc-web.html.en to see how to configure it.
